Mansfield, MA – December 4, 2013 – Astrodyne Corporation, a global developer and manufacturer of specialized power solutions, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the Filter and Control Products of LCR Electronics, Inc. (“LCR Electronics”) and Radius Power, Inc. (“Radius Power”). LCR Electronics and Radius Power are both leading providers of EMI Filter and Electronic Control products to OEM customers worldwide.
LCR Electronics’ headquarters are in Norristown, PA, where it designs and builds products for the Defense/Aerospace industry. The company also has a facility in Kunshan, China, where it designs and builds products for commercial markets worldwide. The PA facility will be led by Martin Turnowchyk, General Manager of LCR Electronics USA. The China facility will be led by Rotem Alony, General Manager of LCR Electronics Asia.
Radius Power’s headquarters are in Yorba Linda, CA, where it designs, tests and manufactures many of its products. The company also has manufacturing partnerships with several leading contract manufacturers worldwide. Radius Power will continue to operate under co-founders Ken Ogden and Bob Singh.
