Mark Wilson Joins Astrodyne TDI as Vice President of Human Resources

Astrodyne, a Global Leader in Power Solutions is pleased to announce that it has hired Mark Wilson as the Vice President of Human Resources. Mark spent most of his recent career as the Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Development for P&O Ports America, one of the world’s largest owner/operator of marine/maritime shipping terminals. In this role, Mark was responsible for Human Resources for 45 ports all across the US and Canada. His accomplishments included development of a formalized talent management and employee development program across the entire global P&O Ports organization. He also guided the organization through two sale processes, leading to a tripling of the size of the company in less than 2 years.

Mark’s other diverse assignments included leading HR positions at Avery Dennison (office products), The Clarks Companies (footwear), and Cummins Northeast (power generation distribution). In each assignment, Mark has demonstrated an ability to form trusting relationships with all levels of the organization, while improving talent and HR processes.

Mark received a BA degree from Fairfield University, a Master’s degree from Northeastern University, and a doctorate from Boston University.
