As we approach the close of another year, the Astrodyne TDI team would like to express our sincere appreciation for your continued support and dedication. We are also proud of the Astrodyne TDI team's achievements and the significant effort everyone has put into making 2024 a success.
Astrodyne TDI has accomplished many successes this year. We have broadened our portfolio by acquiring Powertronix, a leading provider of toroidal transformers, AC and DC inductors, and power distribution equipment. This strategic acquisition has allowed us to further expand our team of skilled engineers and offer our customers cutting-edge technologies. By integrating Powertronix’s market-leading toroidal transformer offerings with Astrodyne TDI’s comprehensive suite of power supplies, EMI/RF filters, and power distribution units, we aim to forge even stronger partnerships with our customers.
We also announced the move of our West Coast Technology Center to Sunnyvale, California. Our new facility features state-of-the-art laboratories, innovative workspaces that foster collaboration, and the latest technological infrastructure. With this advanced environment, we are excited to accelerate the development of groundbreaking solutions that will shape the future!
Additionally, our engineering team focused on developing and delivering prototypes worldwide to support leading technologies that enhance, protect, and save lives. As a result, we introduced over 10 new standard solutions for future partners to test and utilize. Among these solutions, we launched the PowerBridge UPS with double the runtime capability, the ASM1000, the RP692A and RP395 EMI filter solutions to support the renewable energy market, and a new 600V current transformer to aid developments in the industrial markets.
